How to prepare your Primo Beef:
- Thaw out meat in the fridge overnight.
- In a clean shallow pan, pour enough oil to thinly cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat until slightly smoking.
- Sear primo slices until nicely browned, for around 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a plate. Serve with garlic sauce.
